國際傑人會澳洲總會第17、18屆總會長交接典禮於2025年7月20日假布里斯本隆重舉行，來自澳洲各地及台灣的世界總會代表齊聚一堂，見證這場充滿榮耀與傳承意義的重要時刻。
本次典禮在莊嚴而溫馨的氣氛中展開，由第17屆總會長盧金煙先生正式將印信交接給第18屆總會長施國銘先生，象徵新舊世代的傳承與延續。
活動當日，除了駐布里斯本經濟文化辦事處范厚祿處長及昆士蘭台灣中心歐陽群主任，國際傑人會世界總會長賴文針先生親率訪問團自台灣遠道而來，顯示國際傑人會世界總會對澳洲總會的高度重視與支持。此外，澳洲各地分會會長、僑界賢達、政商貴賓與嘉賓亦共襄盛舉，現場氣氛熱絡。
在致詞中，盧金煙總會長感謝各界在他任內對會務的大力支持，並回顧過去任期內推動的公益服務與僑界交流活動，期盼新任會長能承先啟後，再創高峰。而新任總會長也表示將秉持傑人精神，團結會員、深耕社區，致力於促進澳洲與世界各地傑人會的交流與合作。
本次典禮除正式交接儀式外，亦安排文化表演與交流晚宴，展現傑人會一貫的凝聚力與熱情。
國際傑人會自創會以來，秉持「敦品、勵學、服務人群、精進人生」的宗旨，致力於連結全球華人菁英，推動公益及文化交流。澳洲總會自成立以來亦持續活躍於當地僑界，貢獻良多。
DCS International Australia Headquarters Held Grand 17th to 18th Presidential Handover Ceremony
[Brisbane, 20 July 2025] — The Distinguished Citizens Society International (DCS) of Australia’s 17th to 18th Presidential Handover Ceremony was grandly held on 20 July 2025, in Brisbane, bringing together representatives from across Australia and the DCS World Headquarters in Taiwan to witness this momentous occasion full of honor and significance.
The ceremony took place in a solemn yet heartwarming atmosphere. The 17th President, Mr. Richard Lu, formally handed over the presidential seal to the 18th President, Mr. Gary Shih, symbolizing the seamless transition and continuation between generations of leadership.
On the day of the event, In addition to Director General William Fan of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Brisbane and Director Chun Ou Yang of the Queensland Taiwan Center, DCS World Headquarters Chairman, Mr. Wen-Chen Lai personally led a delegation from Taiwan, highlighting the strong support and attention the World Headquarters places on the Australian Headquarters. Presidents from DCS chapters across Australia, distinguished members of the overseas Taiwanese community, business and political leaders, and honored guests also joined in the celebration, creating a lively and joyous atmosphere.
In his address, outgoing President Mr. Lu expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering support received during his term. He reflected on the charitable programs and community engagement efforts carried out under his leadership, and expressed hope that the new president would continue the momentum and lead the chapter to even greater achievements. The incoming President, Mr. Shih, also pledged to uphold the spirit of DCS, unite members, engage deeply with local communities, and strengthen ties between the DCS Australia Chapter and the global network.
In addition to the official handover, the ceremony featured cultural performances and a celebratory dinner, showcasing the unity and passion that have always defined DCS.
